By using The Tarnished Circle ("the site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. The site

The Tarnished Circle is an unofficial fan community for the Elden Ring game and the upcoming Elden Ring film. See our Unofficial Fan Site Disclaimer for more on our lack of official affiliation.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, since sign-in codes are sent there. Accounts are personal to you and shouldn't be shared or transferred.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of anything you post. By posting, you grant The Tarnished Circle a non-exclusive licence to display, store, and distribute that content as part of operating the site (for example, showing your posts to other members, or including them in search results). You're responsible for making sure you have the right to post what you post.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to post anything illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, or otherwise in breach of our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the guidelines, at our discretion.

5. No official affiliation

Nothing on this site constitutes an official statement from FromSoftware, Bandai Namco, or any party involved in the Elden Ring film. Content, including rumours and speculation, is provided for entertainment and discussion purposes.

6. Marketplace / third-party links

Links to a Marketplace or other third-party sites are provided for convenience. We aren't responsible for the content, products, or practices of external sites.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
